Responding to the industry’s call to “do more with less,” Chyron is showing new products and revamped technologies that improve performance and boost cost benefits.

“All our customers face the daily challenge of creating more content with ever-shrinking resources,” said Michael Wellesley-Wesley, president and CEO of Chyron. “That means traditional news organizations are going to have to make changes,” including adopting a hyperlocal perspective on the 24-hour news cycle and forays into new areas like 3D. Chyron has responded with a litany of choices that amount to a “5:1 improvement on productivity and cost benefits,” Wellesley-Wesley said.

The new Quintette all-in-one workflow production and playout system offers integrated electronic ordering, graphics asset management and collaborative cloud tools. Features include 3D animation support, four channels of playout, and collaboration tools for sharing stories, assets and templates.

New features are being unveiled for the HyperX3 graphics system, including integrated 3D support and a graphics-creation tool called Touch GraphX. Chyron is also previewing enhancements for the AXIS cloud graphics platform, as well as launch new versions of the LEX3 Graphics System and Channel Box2 platform.
