The message at EditShare’s Monday evening press
conference was the seamless integration of an end-to-end
workflow at a cost-efficient price point.
“EditShare is now in over 100 countries,” said Andy
Liebman, founder and CEO of EditShare, “and we have
experienced an annual growth of 40 percent in the last
six months.”
This year, EditShare is showcasing the price-busting
Energy shared storage product line, a robust tiered storage
environment with over 700 Mbps read and write performance
per server that’s designed for small and midsize
production workgroups, and Xstream, the company’s
highest-performing shared storage solution, which
can scale to petabytes.
EditShare’s Flow version 2.1 adds support for AVC-Intra (SDI and file ingest) and ProRes
in Flow Scan.
Flow offers comprehensive media management capabilities for tracking assets across
the production chain, with advanced features such as Edit-While-Capture and Bandwidth-
Controlled File-Based Ingest, along with rapid production tools such as Flow Templates and
Projects.
The Geevs broadcast and ingest server, now at version 5.1, boasts a sleek new user interface
and multi-channel, synchronized recording and playback for up to 16 cameras.
